On this half-day tour (4 hours) we will ride along the beautiful shore of the Bosphorus on the European side. The route is comfortable, flat and very scenic, offering fabulous views of the strait. In addition to the marvellous panorama, we will visit great monuments, nice parks, pretty marinas and the most fancy districts of Istanbul.

The tour starts from Kılıç Ali Pasha Mosque in the old city. Before crossing the famous Galata Bridge, we’ll see the impressive New Mosque and the lively Spice Bazaar. Passing through Karakoy ferry terminal, we’ll get to Tophane. Here we can see the graceful Kilic Ali Pasa and Nusretiye mosques, Mimar Sinan University (the former armory) and Istanbul Modern, the museum of contemporary art. Next stop is the refined Dolmabahce Palace, the last residence of the sultans, beside rises Inonu Stadium, home of Besiktas football team. Then we’ll reach the large Besiktas Square, favourite meeting place of skaters. We’ll ride in the graceful Yildiz Park, covered with tulips, where we’ll have a break on a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. Before heading back, we’ll visit the fancy district of Ortakoy. Here we’ll have time to stare at the Bosphorus Bridge, drink a coffee or a tea in one of the many nice coffee shops or eat a waffle or a kumpir, a traditional Turkish street-food.
